個人簡介

近年來一直從事電子科學與技術、光學工程學科方面的研究,主要研究方向是半導體光電子材料與器件、納米材料與器件、光電探測技術。系統講授半導體物理與器件、半導體器件原理和光電檢測技術等課程。目前主持省部級科研項目5項。近年來在國內外著名期刊上發表論文50多篇,其中SCI或EI收錄40多篇,申請(授權)發明專利5項,授權實用新型專利1項。
