王維燕

王維燕, 副研究員,2009年畢業於浙江大學矽材料國家重點實驗室獲工學博士學位,博士期間主要從事直拉單晶矽中銅沉澱及其電學活性研究。2009年7月加入中科院寧波材料技術與工程研究所從事博士後工作,2013年1月晉升為副研究員。目前,以第一作者在相關國際期刊發表學術論文10餘篇,發表專利2篇。

現主要從事矽基薄膜太陽電池的關鍵材料及技術研究:新穎結構吸收層薄膜的可控制備及性能研究,TCO/c-Si、a-Si/c-Si等高效矽基異質結太陽電池的研究。
